## The main feature: Svyncs

- A Svync is a group's own mini app, built without code by picking a template or tapping blocks in.
- Nine blocks: Score, Timer, Checklist, Notes, Split (who paid, who owes), Poll, Counter, Log and Setlist. Up to eight blocks in one Svync.
- Live and shared: a Svync belongs to the group, and every member sees updates on their own phone as they happen.
- 13 templates across 7 kinds of plans:

## Group life

- Several groups per person (hostel, cousins, office), joined by invite code or a WhatsApp link. Each group chooses who can join: invite only, anyone with the code, or people near me.
- Game of the day: everyone in the group gets the same game; groups keep a daily streak.
- Group polls: ask a quick question; votes are counted, names stay hidden.
- Challenges: challenge a friend to a game, e.g. Carrom, best of 3.
- Records: a monthly leaderboard for each group, shareable.
- Best moments: every game ends with its funniest moment, shareable to WhatsApp.
- "What you missed": a feed of results, challenges and live games.

## People and privacy

- Near me: shows games on the same wifi. No account needed; you appear only if you turn it on.
- Find players: get matched with people to play, usually in under 20 seconds; real names stay hidden.
- Communities: open groups for shared interests (e.g. a city carrom club).
- Strangers see only your nickname.
- Name swap: real names are shared only when both people say yes; if only one asks, nobody is told.
- How alike: Rapid Fire picks shared with a friend add up to a percentage showing how alike you are.
- Privacy guard, block and mute.
- Profile: your colour, favourite games, stats and badges (e.g. "12-day streak", "Carrom queen"). Light or dark theme, text size, language, sound and vibration.
